How did they get it?: Cas ist just short for Caspian. Wanderer is his alchemist name. 'You would be a fool to give your real name, you never know what kind of trash you are dealing with after all.'

For how long?: Caspian and alchemy wasn't exactly love at first sight. But well, since he was born with the gift of alchemy just like his mother, starting from six years old, he was carefully groomed to be an outstanding alchemist to eventually take over his mother's clients. Caspian, however, didn't feel like 'just' doing what his parents so desired and it wasn't until the age of 16 that he decided to learn the ancient art.
Do they like his/her job?:  Somewhat, at least more than anything else that he's capable of doing right now.

Abilities

If they had an ability, what would it be?:  Caspian is an alchemist. What is alchemy I hear you asking? Well, it is an ancient form of magic that is known to little. Even though, in the olden days, it used to be quite 'normal' to have an alchemist living next door, alchemy is now shrouded in mystery and secrecy. Alchemists seem to have dissapeared and along with them its true meaning. According to the masses alchemy is a slight of hand, a fake form of magic. You can't blame them as these days a lot of people claim to be 'mighty alchemists' as they try to rip you off with their handcreams and 'magical pills'. No, true alchemy is based three parts magic and one part experimentation.

True alchemists are magicians that can devise a potion for just about anything. Health? Sure. A temporary increase in power or agility? No problem. A potion to make the other fall in love with you? Maybe? A potion to prolong life? Probably not. Besides potions alchemists can also create, possible deadly, poisons. But when push comes to shove all alchemists are looking for the recipe that is to turn any metal into gold.
Can they use it?: Yes, to some extent. He doesn't have a solution for everything. But hey, as was written before; alchemy is 25% part experimentation and thus trial and error is mostly used to learn alchemy; it takes years and luck to get really good. This is also why Caspian tends to read a lot; he's always looking for information and clues that will lead him to his next potion.

Hand-to-Hand capability: He doesn't have any experience in hand-to-hand combat. Sure he can kick and punch, but Caspian  is far from muscle-boy, and won't do any serious damage.

Family
Any significant ancestors?: The tlal-mi name has been given to Nymmerwell children for over a hundred years. The Tlal-mi family used to be known for producing powerful shamans who could communicate with the gods. The Tlal-mi family were especially close with Nemequene, goddess of the mountains; usually depicted as a Puma. The Tlal-mi family were quite strict in their children's upbringing. They were educated in the Nymmerian ways, its religion and ofcourse maintaining their bond with their appointed Tonnali. Tlal-mi children were usually appointed strong tonnali, the tso'ok. But every once in a while a child would get a Jawiën, or a lesser tonnali. The children of Tlal-mi with lesser tonnali were usually shunned or ignored; most people thought that nothing was going to become of them. However, the most famous Tlal-mi woman in history was a woman who was bound to a Jawiën, a goat. Her name was Nashira, she was a rowdy girl who ended up doing big things in regards to establishing a healthy relationship between the elves and humans, she is still idolized by the Tlal-mi family and other Nymmerians. It was only until much later that the Tlal-mi family started mingling in alchemy and become renowned for their fine potions.

Have they ever had any pets?: Yes, a cat;  Peter. Caspian loved him to bits and cried his eyeballs out when it finally died of old age. Peter was like a dear friend to Caspian as he was excellent company when he was studying his alchemy books. Yet after Peter died he never thought of getting another pet again, Caspian figured that another pet would simply never fill the gaping hole that the death of Peter left there, so he decided not to.

Are they a virgin?: Caspian is indeed... a 24 year old virgin. WHAT? Yes... they exist. Caspian is actually a pretty romantic guy and believes that such intimate things should only be shared with one, or at most a few, person in life. He really thinks that when the time comes it'll just happen on its own.
Have they ever cheated on a partner?:  No certainly not. More like the other way around. In the past Caspian has had a couple of unfortunate encounters with women. Maybe he's just unlucky, or maybe he's just a little dimwitted and simply falls in love with the wrong girls. Whatever the reaosn, Caspian would never cheat on somebody.

Possession this character values most: His books! Pls refrain from touching any of the books in Caspian's attic/library. or rather, just don't step in altogether. There are books there that Caspian values over your, no, even his own life. Some of them are simply extremely rare or exspensive and others just have personal value. Eitherway, every book that Caspian comes across that has some value to him, he collects and stores it in his cottage.
Why is it so important to them?: Do you really need to ask this question? I mean... books is knowledge. knowledge is power. Power is control. Enough said. And... it's also just a habit of him to collect useless looking stuff.
