Dear miss Spectre,
This letter may come as a surprise for you, especially since we’ve never met before. I do have some very urgent news that I think you should know. The situation in Navarre has been quite the one, dramatic to say the least. How much do you know of the situation there? I know your intentions and desires, it is one of the reasons I want to contact you. I am currently in Rhoynar, staying in the castle of brightwater keep, because of the fact Thriumph Medici has fallen as king. Where are you currently staying?
I hope you can answer as soon as possible, in this tight manner.

I am absolutely delighted to hear from you after searching all this time for you. I am currently in the grand capital of D'auvignon as I have been for quite some time. Seeing the dramatic turn of events up close. I wanted to reach out to you sooner yet I was unable to locate you. How would I be able to stand by your side and help you? I am absolutely willing to help in any way possible. I grieve dearly for your current situation and wish to be of use in any way possible.

How has the capitol of Navarre been to you? Nice to you as a royal still, I hope. I’m currently fine here in Brightwater, but, so to speak, quite away from D’auvignon. I think it is a good thing we are on good terms, it’s pretty important to pick your allies right at these times. I do am curious. What dramatic events have you seen up close? A mere question since I think it’s rather important to know exactly what you know, to set up the right agreement between us. I’m happy to know you are willing to support me.

Ofcourse I support our family name. It is the one that belongs on the throne after all. In the capital the uncertainty and hate towards our family name rises. I am working hard on clearing our name with my companion. It is critical that we keep our stand but also work the new king to our way. I am sure that you will agree with me on that subject. He is a fool but a hardy one. I have been invited as an honorary guest to his feast and I intend to show the full strength of our name there. Afterwards I will grow closer to our king, making sure he will see Medici may be trusted.
What do you think I should do?

Dear miss Spectre,
I do not support every single member of the Medici line on the throne though. Luckily the two biggest treats have removed themselves, but I do think we need to keep watching our backs when it comes to those two. I’ve experienced a part of the villagers, one side supporting and the other. Well, those want the Medici line to vanish as a whole. Keep an eye out for those. I do think we can use the other side to our advantage.
I’ve spoken with the new king as well, he is willing to grant me a stay in D’auvignon, and have me at his court. You should, though, let yourself be seen as if I’m currently not able to do so.
I think we should, you should, continue your way like you’re doing now. But have someone you trust at your side, someone who can protect you if needed. And above all, watch out.

Dear Niece,
It would be an absolute delight to have you here at court. I'm sure it would mean a lot for our new king as well. Yet I understand travel may be close to impossible right this moment with the feared sickness spreading around the countries.
Untill you will arive I will most certainly keep up my good contact with our king. I have a most trusted hand by my side who will not stray away. I have known this man since my birth and he is of a somewhat royal line as well. He has his own goals. But luckily for me, for us. All those involve me in a position of power. I do thank you however for your concern. It warms my heart knowing I am not completely alone in my standpoint. My dearest niece, we have never met. But I can feel the loving relationship of family between us.
I hope I will be able to meet you soon at our palace.
