HISTORY
As the oldest, and only, son of the Quinton family, Raphaël had been burdened with the legacy at a young age. His father was an officer in the army of Rhoynar, his mother had served as well but stopped when she got pregnant with Raphaël. He was a good and nice kid at school but never lost his appetite for adventure, sometimes trying to sneak out but always getting caught. Though his misbehaving, he was a very loyal and friendly kid who was very protective over his younger sisters.
Around the age of ten his father started teaching him the art of warfare and tried to learn him swordfighting, which turned out to be harder than it looked. Due to his clumsy nature, Raphaël cut himself more often than he hit the target. But, the boy was determined and continued his lessons, knowing full well he probably wouldn't be as great as his father, but scared to disappoint him.
The older Raphaël got, the more apparent it became that there was a little chance he would join the millitary and climb its ranks. But, to not let the training go in vain, Raphaël got to be a squire at a prestigous family in Brightwater Keep, finishing his training. Yet, he didn't feel much for staying in Brightwater Keep any longer since the streets had become way too familiar and it got hard to feel his fathers eyes burning into his back every day.
But, his father had other plans as he assigned Raphaël to be a guard at the castle when the power shifted. Now, he roams the hallways in order to keep everything safe and secure, whil simultaniously trying to impress his father and hopefully one day leave the place to make an adventure of his own.
