It all happened so quick. One moment she had nearly asked him to take more of her blood. The next she felt the hatred burn up in her heart as she stumbled backwards straight into the shadowy monster. Who ofcourse, immediatly tried to attack her, an attack that was blocked by Avanti for what reason other than wanting to keep her blood to himself she did not know. But he let the beast scream in pure pain before it god banished by him. Her eyes wide with shock of what had just happened found their way towards his arm as he whispered to her to look at it. While still trembling she softly touched his arm, automaticly wrapping the sleeve up to stare at the puncture wounds and swallowed at the thought of what damage that beast could have done to her instead of to his more indistructable master. Swallowing she turned her eyes back to him as she ripped off a piece of her dress, bandaging the wound up as quickly as she could while whispering soft excuses to him. Fear creeping up once again, scared to death he would actually take this out on her. After all, this was the first time she had caused him to bleed. "I'm so sorry." She whispered again turning her blue eyes back up to stare at him. "I'm so sorry I didn't mean to I just.. Lost my footing and." She bit her lower lip swallowing the rock that felt stuck in her throat. Knowing perfectly well he wouldn't be someone you wanted angry. And feared deeply that right now she had gotten him very. very angry. The girl burst out laughing she knew she was nobody's meat |

Why so serious?
I'm not the monster, I'm just ahead of the curve
How could this escalate so fast? What was her problem even in being so reckless to trip back to that shade of him. If his reflexes were a little faster he probably could have stopped her before she fell against the monster … maybe he did let her, so she could feel the horror such a beast could bring. But knowing the damage such a beast could do it would result in her being badly injured and he just didn’t wanted that. Because then she would be to weak and yet stubborn enough to go raid. So he kind of jumped in between, taking that bite like he was the hero of this night. But nothing was just that, he wasn’t heroic, he was pissed off. His good mood vanished as snow before the sun, filling the air with even more darkness as he felt the pain running through his body. His reaction was nothing more then anger, snapping that sharp teeth off, like it was a little twig. His scream was so sharp and high that it probably would wake up the scared kids in their beds. He cared less.
He had to clench his fist, to ignore the light shake his arm made, pain poisoning his body. It was a long time ago he felt pain for the last time, years maybe, it made him always remember that he also could be hurt. Demons, monsters, he could heal fast from human doing, but the darkness those monsters contained would take a little longer to heal. She touched his arm and Avanti did his best to not rip her apart in his thoughts as he looked down to the blood dripping from his hand to the ground. She rolled his sleeve up and there it was, major gaps, flesh ripped away, blood streaming down.
Delaney was so quick to rip a piece from her dress, bandaging the wound and he just looked at her with that threatening emptiness. Her excuses were so truly made that a normal person would forgive her. He didn’t. His blooded hand came up, grabbing her chin, smearing blood over her face in the process. ‘You tell me you will go raiding and then this,’ he whispered so dangerously low. ‘that is a little too much bad for one night.’ He looked down over her. ‘Start walking, before I decide to drain you here on the spot.’ He let her go, pushing her against her shoulder towards the castle. If her back was turned he looked down to his arm, shaking of the annoying painful feeling before walking behind her. It didn’t took long … before a snort cleared the night and a white body revealed himself between the trees, her mare. ‘Look at that, everybody just keeps living tonight.’ He noted sarcastic. It had several wounds, the same bite marks he had, but it was still alive … panicking over his presents.

Direwolf Het geritsel laat jullie gesprek verstommen. Is het een vos? Is het een wolf? Nee, het is waarschijnlijk het laatste wat je ziet als het beest zijn grote muil opentrekt. De Direwolf heeft genoeg van jullie geklets en staat klaar om toe te springen. |

Her eyes were trembling in their sockets. Making tears out of pure fear slowly well up. Scared of this man, this beast. Furiated that there was something that could actually make her scared but smart enough not to question her own logic in fear of what he could do. She was not planning on getting used forever by him. One day she knew she would be strong enough to resist this mans venom and overcome his threats to her family. But for now all she could do was bow her head down and swallow the last bits of pride she hhad around him. "It is not my fault.. You know I would never do something to harm you." She defended herself in a hush tone. Still staring at his feet beffore she gasped up from his push against her shoulder. Nodded quickly and started walking. Her legs felt heavy and weak, making her sluggish but he thankfully hadn't taken enough of her blood to actually make her crawl. If that had been the case he would for sure have left her in the icy snow for the hunters to find her come morning. His snort took an edge off the ice cold silence, making her look up and stare straight at the mare, struggling to keep herself up but obviously still alive. Her heart jumped in her throat forgetting her weakness and pushed through the snow towards her. Calling her name with hope in her voice. Yet as fate seemed to twist around her like a snake curls around its prey she was found restricted again. Just before she reached her beloved mare a giant beast jumped out of the shadows and put his teeth in the mares neck. Making the horse let go of a scream like sound staring up in pure terror as the direwolf took care of its easy kill. "Avanti!" She yelled more than a little shocked to even realise that she screamed in an anything but flattering way before she grabbed her axe wanting to rush to the direwolf to rip is head off before he really killed the mare. If he hadn't done so already. And worse. What would happen after he took care of her little white mare. Surely Avanti wouldn't save her twice in a row. The girl burst out laughing she knew she was nobody's meat |
