Silent castlewalls [Achilles] Empty Silent castlewalls [Achilles]

Why so serious?
I'm not the monster, I'm just ahead of the curve
Tick tack, tick tack, his purple eyes followed the clock, from left to right while the sound of it hummed through his mind, from left to right, from right to left. It was the only sound in this empty big room this time of the night. It was nothing more than an a hollow tick working on his nerves. His fingers started trembling on the oak surface of the table before he pushed away from it, tearing his eyes loose from that clock to focus on other things. It had been a while now, he expected Faylice to arrive any moment now, that was the main reason he was awake, at night and days, to welcome her with open eyes. But to be honest, he was bored out of his mind.

Wandering through the castle was his new habit of the night, lurking on the few servants still away, slipping by the guards on the entrance of the castle. He had his fun, but it was out now. A bored Avanti was equally as dangerous as a hungry one. The balcony was his new favorite spot in all of Navarre, a view as far as his eyes could stretch, just tipping the treetops to lands beyond. His eyes rested on Thriumph his strategy board, with pieces neatly ordered and strategies behind each one of them. Avanti wouldn’t interfere with those kind of plans, ruling was even more boring than wondering a castle. And to be honest, after years of living that hiërarchie never kept standing. He walked over to a table against the wall and grabbed for a bottle of whisky, his favorite thing to drink, aside blood. Not attempting to take a glass he took the whole damn bottle to the balcony, sitting on the edge while his purple eyes rested on the tiny little houses. Ayana was somewhere there, he could feel it but she wasn’t the only thing he felt. Even that tall a guy could be silent, but not silent enough for Avanti. He tilted his head before he looked slightly over his shoulder inside the room. ‘Tell me friend,’ he started, pressuring that last words extra before he turned the bottle open and looked down to it. ‘I hope you were very quiet in your way in,’ he brought his bottle up and took a big swallow, squeezing his eyes shortly shut by the distinct taste tickling his throat. ‘the mortals are sleeping.’ He whispered, not so amused as it sounded to be. He hoped that Achilles didn’t made a mess on his way over, that he hoped but he didn’t said it out loud.

Silent castlewalls [Achilles] Empty Re: Silent castlewalls [Achilles]

A small smirk was ever present on his lips. He wasn't around one place for a long time. But as things were going here he enjoyed his stay more and more. Ofcourse he was still gone quite often. Just like Ayana did he not feel much for staying around the castle. After all he had some glorious 'wings' he needed to spread like the little angel he was. And he had given himself somewhat more of a mission, ever since his meeting with Lestat his anger and hatred towards those failures of fake blooded vampires had awoken even more and Avanti this time did not even need to give a command. He was on his own kind of purge. Making sure only Avanti's bloodline would be the last one standing. That was absolutely because that was how it was ment to be, not because he wanted to be special or anything like that.

Entering the room he looked up at Avanti. A man that was in terms of height so much smaller than he was. But he still looked up towards the man. His master he had started out calling him. Friend was such a nicer term for it.

Pulling up a brow at the question he turned around to stare down the hallway. "I may have accidently crushed a dog on my way here." He pulled up his leg to look under his shoe. "Yep.. Definetly a puppy. Oh well. Atleast it wasn't one of your kittens." He smirked at him and walked into the room looking around as he layed his hands behind his neck stretching his muscular body out. "Sleeping huh. Hope they're having nice dreams." He said somewhat disinterested as he took place on the railing of the balcony looking towards the bottle of whiskey. "Alcohol better than the common bloodtype around these parts of town hmm." He smirked soft before staring out over the city. "All of them just filled with pride and hatred. It's beginning to taste dull. Can't Thri invite some exotic girls. Get some fresh blood in the mix. It would surely liven up this place quite a bit." He crossed his arms leaning backwards scraping his boot off on the balcony as he kept his balance with the other.

What would come was something big, Avanti didn’t had turned a king in ages. These days they were all good faithed and to loyal to even get tempted by the darked. Shame, they could so much more with that power. But Thriumph, he was different and he was the reason Avanti sat here locked up between castle walls because his presents needed to be a secret. If somebody would see Avanti talk with Thriumph that would immediately spread word and how long would it take for Larethian to figure it out, certainly after that guards traveled over to get Faylice back. It was simple math.

As Achilles walked in Avanti turned his head, purple eyes scouting over the giant walking closer. Achilles was one of a kind, the kind that even Avanti not fully trusted. There was a tremendous difference between the two of them, where Avanti was the slim build clean killer, Achilles was the brut that pulled everything apart. So he question was justified, Achilles had a way of making an entrance, Avanti just hoped it went unnoticed by guards and others. He frowned his eyebrows as Achilles started talking, looking down to his shoe. The slight word joke made Avanti chuckle, looking back down to the little houses. ‘The only kitten I own is somewhere down there. Don’t tell her I said that.’ He replied to the words. He knew how much Ayana hated to be called a cat, or worse, a kitten. She was a jaguar, a lethal one but Avanti could never resist on just calling her a cat.

Nice dreams … the immortal rolled his eyes on the words. He wished he could sneak in every dream, making them wake up screaming. As Achilles got on Avanti looked down to the bottle before he pushed his slim long body from the edge of the balcony. ‘It's the only thing we drink.’ He stood still aside Achilles and pushed the bottle against his chest, looking up. ‘You better get used to it. We hunt one time on the full moon, the rest of it we stay low,’ He pressured the words with a soft warning. ‘Can you do that for me Achilles?’ He asked rather cold, tilting his head without losing sight of the darkness in Achilles his eyes. It was critical that they didn’t draw attention, they would cover Thriumph on that one night but after that … they had to starve themselves. Knowing that Larethian would one day find out they couldn’t leave right away. What would be a rather big torture for the three of them. Avanti turned away from Achilles, looking back out over the city as the giant killer started talking. ‘Nothing is too exotic for us anymore, curse of living so long,’ he felt silent, looking aside. ‘we tasted it all already.’ He shrugged, looking over his shoulder into the room on the soft sound in the hallway. Avanti looked how Achilles got some puppyparts from his shoe. ‘No wonder I can follow you everywhere if you always leave a mess like that.’ He said, throwing a dark promesing smile over to his friend, if you could call this friendship at least.

It was good that the man had some selfrestraints. Otherwise he had burst out laughing at the nickname Avanti just gave his right hand. Oh Ayana would rip his face off if she heard him call her kitten. The mere thought of her reaction made his grin grow wider as he stared out over the city buildings. Trying to locate the Vampire in question but his senses for the other cultmembers would never be as optimized as Avanti's. He could feel their presence closeby. But she was moving too quick and too far away down between the people to be located by him. Such a shame. He had almost wanted to send a paper airplane her way to tell her in full detail how Avanti looked when he stared down over the city catching her presence himself.

"I know I know." He nearly pouted like a small child staring back towards Avanti. "I would do anything for you you know that." He smirked at him winking as he got up again walking back into the room. Grabbing a second bottle he pulled the stop out of it and took a few big sips before placing himself back on the balcony once more. At ease with his surroundings and the man in front of him. Even after all these years he knew Avanti to be less trusting with him. Perhaps he was just intimidated by his size. But there was one thing very clear in Achilles' mind. Even if he had stopped trying to convince Avant of that. He was loyal. The cult came before everything. No matter how easy he seemed to live and how uninterested he could act. It was all a mask and almost quite a shame even Avanti fell for it. There was only one king in his life. Only one master he would bow to. And it was the one he was smirking at right this moment. "Well we wouldn't want you to loose me now would we? I'd get so scared all alone so I got to leave my little path of breadcrumbs behind. For you to come and bring me home." He chuckled almost innocently while his eyes turned back towards the darkened sky.

His eyes traced the city while he did the best he could to not start laughing about his own words. He knew Achilles had to restrain himself to so Avanti focused on finding Ayana in the city rather than looking aside and start laughing nonetheless. Ayana would push them both from that balcony if she heard them laughing over her. It wasn’t something they did often, laughing with one another, they were often to serious for that. But Avanti needed it, he was too bored to even find the little bit of respect for his right hand, for her darkness he so much loved. Searching with his eyes he couldn’t resist a small chuckle, looking slowly aside to the third member of this cult, Achilles.

His words didn’t came without a warning and that look in his empty purple eyes. Achilles tend to be the brutal one of the three and despite Avanti believed him in his words, he still not liked the way how Achilles left the dirt behind him. Achilles presented the cruelty of this cult, so it had his purpose, but in times like this, he had to learn to clean up his mess. ‘An immortal king.’ He whispered, gazing back as Achilles walked inside for a bottle of his own. ‘Our acts won’t come without consequences.’ He brought the bottle to his lips and took a big sip. ‘So I need you on your best behavior and your worst if,’ he felt silent, looking back to the city. ‘if you know who comes knocking.’ The slight anger and disgust was to hear in his voice if he thought about Larethian. The conversation of three weeks ago didn’t go as planned and it made Avanti thinking, what had that powerful king all in store.

His eyes glued to the pieces of puppy he so casual smeared over that balcony. Offcourse Achilles had a good reaction on everything and his face fell neutral as he looked aside to the giant leaning against the balcony. ‘You leave a trail for hunters to find you.’ He reacted rather plat before some sparkle in his eyes turned to a little amusement. ‘At least I can follow that if I need to save your ass. Poor little boy, always in need of guidance and saving.’ Avanti finished, giving his partner in crime a promising look. ‘But your safe now.’ Avanti promised, a voice so condescending it looked like a father was talking to his son. If Achilles could find humor in his own actions, Avanti could to.

His white eyes focussed on the man in front of him. If you saw him walking down the streets you'd hardly think there was anything wrong with him. Or rather, most girls would probably instantly fall for him. His dark hair and half smirk were more than enough to make them line up. And then he hadn't even opened his mouth yet to poison them with his honeyed words. Avanti was a threat. A hidden monster far more adaptable than Achilles ever was. Achilles was like his namesake. A brute and a monster, nearly impossible to bring down like a tower looming ever above the rest of the world. Exactly how he wanted it to be.

"You're asking quite a lot of me my friend." He spoke leaning backwards easily dangling halfway over the railing of the balcony. If he did fall over the worst that would happen was that he'd probably destroy a building under him or crush some little farm animal. Scratch his back annoyed and walk on. It wasn't all that dangerous for him and sometimes he had to agree that he missed that danger. The thrill it brought along. "He is my dear friend and you're asking me to stand against him." He layed his hand under his chin looking at Avanti. "Im afraid I might hurt my little heart in the process. Being a monster doesn't leave you with many friends. And you always manage to throw them out or steal them. I'd almost think you were jealous of my friendships boss." He smirked his sharpened teeth wide taking another swig of the strong liquid.

Having to stop himself from rolling his eyes he got a hand through his slightly curly hair. "Well maybe you should put a leash on me. Then we'd be sure I'd always stay save. And I'm sure you'd be more than pleased with my presence 24/7 would't you." He watched him smirking finding himself incredibly funny. "We could grab the one of the puppy. He ain't using it anymore!" He jumped up ready to grab it is wide smile growing even bigger. Not that the leash would fit around his neck but hey. He also had an arm.. wait, no that wouldn't fit either.
