Thalia is way more mature than a child of her age should be. From a very young age she was trained to become a good hunter, a fighter and also someone who could provide her people by using her magic. As soon as she could even lift a sword, she was taught to use it and thus should not be underestimated. But it is her personality that has enabled the child to survive the harsh lands of Vanaheim for so long already. She is resilient, always too stubborn to give up on surviving or on whatever she is fighting for. Thalia is quite a curious person as well, but not the kind of person to ask thousands of questions or to even annoy someone with her curiousity; she is more the observant kind, the kind that stands in the shadow to observe and watch what others do or listen, knowing more about the world than a child of her age should, already. She could follow in someone's footsteps for hours and go unnoticed, even. Thalia is not one to speak a lot about herself or about what she has gone through, which shows how reserved she actually is; she'd rather listen to other people's stories than talk about her own.

Even though the little girl might seem fearless, ready to conquer the world and oh so tough, she is still just a kid and even though she rarely shows it, she does have tons of emotions she has to deal with.
