Denzel is a contrived criminal wearing a finely-tailored "human veil" and asserting a secret agenda. He cunningly makes use of his occupation and professional field as a cover for his malicious deeds: scamming, maiming and eating his patients in the process. To covert his identity, he is often seen wearing a plague doctor's attire as he roams the streets, usually packed with syringes containing lethal substances. Through his crimes and schemes, however, he maintains a certain air of well-mannered superficial charm.

He deems himself a loyal citizen by paying his taxes and making contributions to churches and orphanages, although this is solely done to keep his clean reputation in tact. In the meantime he carries out his business in the underworld, having various crimes listed on his name from first and second-degree murder to malefactions such as pyramid schemes, illegal drug manufactioring and cultivation, theft, embezzlement, stalking and arson. His crime hotspots typically distinguish themselves as gore and morbid before he cleans every tiny speck of blood.

He relies on tactics rather than muscle. Smoothness is his trait. Knowledge a fundamental stepping stone. So far, his slickness allowed him to slip out of the hands of what he calls 'the dogs of the law' neatly, time and time again. All of his crimes listed together, he'd undoubtedly be sentenced to death, either by hanging or beheading. It's one of the few things that truly make him cower in fear, which is why he makes it so infallible as to not leave any tracks behind.

If it weren't for his cannibalism and questionable state of mind, he would exceptionally be prodigious doing academics or as a high advisor, using his traits for better causes. Altogether, he is a highly intelligent charismatic psychopath, a dangerous man to come across - but not stable enough to truly be a part of society, as he only knows how to act and not be. Due to this, his only trusted company is a sphynx cat.

He is like a hungry wolf with a fox's mind and a snake's viciousness.
